Warranty call out prices

All Parts will be sent out FOC on next-day service if ordered before 13:00 (Monday – Friday)

  • Travel to the site will be paid at a rate of £ 60 per Hour.
  • Opentherm issues will not be covered by EOGB. Any callouts will need to be taken out with OpenTherm controls manufacturer.
  • Combustion callouts will not be covered as part of the warranty as this will be down to the commissioning engineer.
  • Any faults outside of the above table will have to be approved by the EOGB Technical Director.
