Following recent feedback regarding the hardening of flue gas analysis plugs over time, we have investigated the issue and identified that it was due to poor material quality from a previous supplier.

To make things easier for you and help with your van stock, we will be sending you 10 updated flue gas analysis plugs shortly, so you can then fit them during your next Sapphire Boiler service.
